Studio Lanteri, an independent accounting and law firm,  was established in 1950 and has been working  so far towards creating a value added practice for the benefit of its Clients which are searching advice for many of their business and financial needs.
Studio Lanteri, initially based in Sanremo, an Italian city very close to the French border, opened new offices in Milan in 1992.  In 2005 the Firm opened new premises in Rome together with a local and well established accounting Firm.  
Studio Lanteri operates on an international level and with major public and private organisations. Studio Lanteri’s Clients are frequently companies and organisations leaders in their field of activity on a world wide basis and some of them are also listed in different Official markets.
However business and financial consultancy and basic compliance services are also provided to small – medium sized entities and to individuals, too. 
The firm provides a global professional assistance with the support of a multidisciplinary team of specialists, qualified professionals and experts, delivering the value that clients care about.
Approximately seventy people work together in a very efficient mutual  synergy (tax practitioners, accountants, auditors, lawyers, payrolls consultant, IT experts, etc..).

International relations

Studio Lanteri has been a member firm of the International Fiscal Association since 1987.

Since 1999 the Firm has been a member of  “ACPA International”, recently incorporated into Jeffreys Henry International, a network of independent accounting firms.
Studio Lanteri provides its services to Clients which carry on their businesses not only within the Italian market but also in other countries, mainly France, Germany, Spain, UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, USA, Japan. As a consequence the Firm provides a global advice thanks to an efficient co-operation with several international accounting and law  firms.
